Planned to be delivered by MaxWellness under agreement as programs activate. Under agreement · not a reporting line.

The two programs run in parallel out of one building and share one leadership team. They are operated and reported as separate cost centers, so a funder can support one without supporting the other.

What this organization will be measured on.

The measures, the reporting cadence, and the evaluation method are published before the first participant enrolls.
